Yep, that's it. they hit a bird and now the claim is being referred to the Total Loss unit. Guess what kind of car it is...

Insd veh stolen from driveway of home, by son, Manuel Riaz not living with insd. Mr Riaz had driven insd veh earlier in the day. Mr Riaz was arrested for unk reason.

Driving from TX to CA through AZ - TX policy
First report -
Insd started to dispute repairs and generally cause trouble. Then we get to the interesting part...
We found out later that her arm was broken by the police for resisting arrest.

I've seen other claims similar to this, but I have never seen anyone "hijacked" by an "AK747".
For those who don't get this, a 747 is a plane, not a caliber of gun...
