So... last year the Halloween Party had a theme of "Classic Killers" did you guys want to go with a theme again this year or just dress up and have a good time?
If you like the idea of a common theme, it should generally be broad, but specific enough that people have to be creative. Throw out some suggestions and we will go from there.

what about a "classic undead" monster theme: mummies, ghosts, zombies, vampires. . .

Yeah, I'm down for some classic stuff this year too. Maybe if we do a big Zombie theme, specifically...then maybe we can get some more footage for Robert, Rachael & Chris's movies:) ...I'm still sore that the last time we attended all the filming got lost due to bad camera juju. sigh. In fact, we could even offer to make your costumes on arrival.. IE... tell everyone who wants to be a zombie to come in the crappiest clothes they have, that can be torn up and bloodied up... Then on arrival, we'll do the blood red cake batter and tear up garmets so that everyone can be zombified. Maybe toss in a touch of various ben nye makeup to polish it off. hehehe. And of course..if you're not interested in being a zombie..then come dressed as an 'overly' preppy boy/girl. (and expect to be chased by all the zombies. lol) Or something like that. Sound good?

How about this...
We will combine the ideas offered and do a "dead man's party". Come as an undead of some kind (mummies, ghosts, zombies, vampires, etc). If you don't have a costume or come without one, we will zombify you when you arrive.
More details to come...

nononono.... please no more red velvet cake mix! believe me, Michael and I will have costumes, even if it's just a lot of toilet paper or a big white sheet.

From my experience, even if you're not participating, that stuff manages to get all over whatever you're wearing.
Shara and I have been working on our costumes for awhile...they're pretty detailed, had a lot of work put into them, and (in my case) kinda expensive.
I was down for a regular halloween party over there, where we could show off our costumes and just worry about spending time with each other. If this is gonna be another zombie party, I think we might skip it.
Sorry guys.

Are they even going to be there?

Robert and Rachel are out....but Chris and I are still a Go for the Projekt Quarantine shinanigans. We'll be attempting to recapture lost footage, and add more material for the projekt. And no matter, it'll be a fun.

However, it does sound like most people are wearing their own costumes, so there might not be that many zomibies afterall...
Plus, I'm not real interested in cleaning up red cake the next day, so it probably won't get too messy.

get ready to punch a lot of random people, Terri. that stuff gets everywhere during the zombie parties... and it stains. i've had to trash 2 pairs of pants and 3 shirts just from being at the 'PQ zombie' parties, and i wasn't a zombie.... not to mention 3 towels and my shower curtain from people showering off in my bathroom.

I was down for a regular halloween party over there, where we could show off our costumes and just worry about spending time with each other. . . Well said Pac! And no matter, it'll be a fun. This cake batter thing doesn't sound like any fun whatsoever especially if friends are thinking of skipping the social event because they don't want their costume wrecked.
