Friday let's keep it simple I suggest BURGERS
Saturday Breakfast hmmm.... we have someone coming who has a severe egg allergy so no egg products. have to see if we can get some biscuts without egg for buscuts and gravy maybe deffinately bacon Juice from the orange
lunch hikers lunch sliced meet products tortilla's cheeeeeezezzez WATER!!
Dinner My vote is for foil packs again. We can avoid egg product easily and people make their own and eat it. easy clean up too. We can pre prep the stuffs so easy setup too.
Sunday Breakfast maybe cereal??? hmmm.....
Here are my ideas for you to ponder. feel free to critique.

Does that just add water pancake batter have egg product in it? We could also do toast for mandy and french toast for the rest of us... Or, we can have as you suggest, but still scramble teh eggs for teh rest of us.
Then again, bisquits (which I think have egg as well) & gravy/jelly, sausage/bacon/ham, etc is not a bad breakfast by itself.

You have to keep the eggs "COMPLETELY" separate, it might make it too complicated than trying to just have an egg free camp out. Going to the ER doesn't make a camp out fun. Remember she can't even be touched by a kid who touch one. One time I about killed her cooking them in the house for the kiddos.
We can check out the pancake mix at the store and see. But mostly every bread has egg in it.

i'm going to bring our food since I have stuff in the freezer approaching its exp date.
I will not be bringing eggs, anything made with eggs, or egg product. I almost got her myself at the thanksgiving feast.

I work Saturday until 5pm. So will be heading up/out directly afterwork. Am I correct to assume that Mike is still leaving then as well? If so, and we are carpooling, should I bring my gear over earlier in the week in order that it goes up with the truck? IE, which vehicle are we taking. Will there be any Sat night dives, or Sunday dives before leaving? (I'm guessing not, if everyone is leaving post Sunday breakfast and camp breakage. Lemme know z'dive plans so I can adjust whether to bring or leave my gear at home.
I'm excited, can't wait to get out of the city.

I will be closing the shop at 5, and I have the truck. I can swing by your apartment to pick you and your stuff up. What time do you expect to be ready to go?
