Thanks Ty,
They are both conversions. The standard bearer was a chaos fantasy model. I added the standard, the pole, the head, the sholder pads, the fur around the head, the arms, the guns (both in the hand and on the front of the model, and the grenades. Basically, I used warhammer 40k bits on a chaos fantasy torso.
The flyiny model was converted from a chaos 40k raptor. I added the wings, the fur on the back, the gun (which are bits from a drill set), the tentacles (greenstuff), the decapitated heads, and the base. The base is actually a 25mm base glued to a 40mm base. The blocks are made from eraser, which is incredibly easy. The blood is from a liquid water effect with red paint added. The drains on the base are microphone ports from an old motherboard. Mom-boards are great for mech conversions by the way.
Anyways, It takes me a really long time to paint these suckers. I'm a very slow painter. I have 18 hours in the standard bearer, and over 40 in the flyer.

These are some new bases that arrived today. The first pic shows the bases fresh out of the box. The second pic shows them painted and with the model.
