Adonna Suggested...
Friday let's keep it simple I suggest BURGERS
Saturday Breakfast hmmm.... we have someone coming who has a severe egg allergy so no egg products. have to see if we can get some biscuts without egg for buscuts and gravy maybe deffinately bacon Juice from the orange
lunch hikers lunch sliced meet products tortilla's cheeeeeezezzez WATER!!
Dinner My vote is for foil packs again. We can avoid egg product easily and people make their own and eat it. easy clean up too. We can pre prep the stuffs so easy setup too.
Sunday Breakfast maybe cereal??? hmmm.....

Cool. It sounds like it may be Mandie (and kids), Abby (and kids; is Rick coming?), Ty and the Chadonna clan doing the group menu. Mike and Teri (when is Teri coming out?) said they have some stuf they are bringing already. Have I missed anyone? Friday Night Dinner - (Chadonna, Mandie+) Hamburgers (buns, meat, cheese, lettuce, condiments - Mandie, do you want tomato or pickles?) Chips Drinks Saturday Breakfast - (Chadonna, Mandie+) ?? Bacon Orange Juice Saturday Lunch - (Chadonna, Mandie+, Abby+) Trail Sandwiches (tortillas, lunch meat, cheese, condiments, lettuce) Chips / Granola / Fruit Bottled Water Saturday Dinner - (Chadonna, Mandie+, Abby+, Ty) Foil Packs (Stew meat, potato, carrot, onions, mushroom, kidney beans, spices- made to order by each person) Smores (Graham crackers, chocolate, marshmellows) Sunday Breakfast - (Chadonna, Mandie+, Abby+, Ty) ?? - Cereal or muffins? What flavor? Milk *We will have some fruit and granola for snacks (as well as any left over chips from Friday night), but if you want more, then you can bring what you need. **We typically don't buy coke's or BEER out of the group fund so that everyone can bring whatever and however much they want. I will post the cost per person by Friday afternoon based on teh meals you are eating.

Other fee's to expect when you go. well...Lake Murray is a very pretty place to camp/scuba and there is a diveshop with WORKING airfill station at the marina nearby. I think it would be cheaper at Lake Murray than CSSP. The campsite next to the dive site where I like to train is for primitive camping. www.oklahomaparks.com/detail.asp?id=1+5U+6446Lake Murray State Park camping fees:All Rates Include Utility Fees All Rates Are Per Night and Per Tent or RVSemi-Modern Sites Include Water and Electricity Modern Sites Include Water, Electricity and Sewer Rates Are Subject To Change 14 Days Maximum Stay Primitive: $8.00 Semi-Modern: $15.00 Modern: $18.00 Preferred: $21.00 Are there per person per day fees?

Also,
Teri, the dive site campsites, how close to the water are they? Are there any near there that are not right at the water's edge?

Also, Teri, the dive site campsites, how close to the water are they? Are there any near there that are not right at the water's edge? some sites are set back farther from the water than others. THERE ARE NO PER PERSON FEES, only per tent which is why I thought it would be a nice campsite for the families with children

Cool. I think some of the parents would be more comfortable if the camp was a bit farther away so the kids wouldn't be as tempted to go swimming on their own. Other than Kenny and maybe Marshall, all of the other kiddos probably need adult supervision while they are at the water's edge.

I went shopping last night and got food for us, Mandie's crew, Abby's crew and Ty. Below is the cost split up based on which meals you are eating & how many people you are bringing. Due to their small size and relative small stomachs, I didn't include Joey, Jonathan, Serenity, or Carter in cost split (but they will have plenty to eat of course).
Chadonna - $107.97 Mandie - $34.91 Abby - $59.55 Ty - $13.26
Adonna will have to work her portion off ;D, but the rest of you can pay me when you arrive.
A further breakdown is as follows: Friday Dinner cost $4.37 per person Saturday Breakfast cost $2.77 per person Saturday Lunch cost $6.59 per person Saturday Dinner cost $7.55 per person Sunday Breakfast cost $1.99 per person General Supplies (plates, forks, bowls, etc) cost $3.72 per person (everyone was a part of this split regardless of how long you stay)
I did these calculations in excel, so it rounded based on the final calculation. The final shopping bill was $215.69 if anyone cares. I still have the receipts as well.
